Brewé $15,000 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter: The promoter of this promotion is Brewé Beverages Limited (NZBN 9429052933592) ("Brewé"), of 19 Como Street, Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand. For any enquiries about this promotion, contact info@brewe.co.nz.
2. Acceptance of terms: Entering this promotion means you accept these terms and conditions. The instructions on how to enter form part of these terms.
3. Eligibility: Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and officers of Brewé, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
4. Promotion period: The promotion runs for six weeks from 3 August 2026 to 14 September 2026, closing 11:59pm NZT on 14 September 2026. Entries received outside this period are void.
5. How to enter: To enter, purchase any Brewé product from Woolworths, in-store or online at woolworths.co.nz or via the Woolworths app, take a clear photo or screenshot of your receipt showing the Brewé purchase, and upload it via the entry form on our landing page. Each valid receipt showing a Brewé purchase counts as one (1) entry into the draw, regardless of the number of products or the amount spent. There is no limit on how many times you can enter.
6. Prizes: Total prize pool of NZD $15,000, awarded as five (5) weekly prizes of $1,000 (one drawn at the end of each of weeks 1 to 5) and one (1) grand prize of $10,000 (drawn at the end of week 6). All prizes are paid electronically to a New Zealand bank account nominated by the winner.
7. Draws: Each weekly winner (weeks 1 to 5) is drawn at random from all valid entries received up to that draw. The grand prize (week 6) is drawn at random from all valid entries received across the full promotion period.
8. Multiple prizes: There is no limit on the number of prizes a single entrant can win.
9. Winner notification: The five weekly $1,000 winners will be announced on the Monday at the start of the following week: Monday 10 August, Monday 17 August, Monday 24 August, Monday 31 August, and Monday 7 September 2026. The $10,000 grand prize winner will be announced on 15 September 2026.
10. Claiming a prize: To claim a prize, a winner must, within 14 days of being notified, confirm acceptance, provide proof of purchase and identity, and provide bank account details. Prizes will be paid within 30 business days of the relevant draw.
11. Verification and disqualification: Brewé may take reasonable steps to verify any entry, and may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.
12. Tax: Winners are responsible for any tax that may arise from receiving a prize.
13. Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners agree to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the publication of their name.
14. Privacy: By entering, you consent to Brewé collecting and using your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and our Privacy Policy.
15. Social media and retailer: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Woolworths New Zealand.
16. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brewé is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from taking part in the promotion.
17. General: Prizes are non-transferable. Brewé's decisions on all matters relating to the promotion are final and binding. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
